Instructions for Requesting for Quote
1. Enter your information.

  • Bold fields are required
  • Press "Next" when finished
2. Attach your files.

  • Click "Attach a File" to select the files you wish to upload
  • File upload will start automatically
  • Click "Cancel" next to a file if you wish to cancel uploading it
  • Upload 2D and 3D files to REVA
  • Please include 2D drawings if available (PDF is preferred)
  • Accepted 3D CAD file formats: .igs, .iges, .stp, .step
  • No more than 200MB per upload
3. Files will "blink" when finished uploading.
4. Click "Finished" to submit your request.
